Service Description
If you and your friends have a group of five or more animals and would prefer a day other than Thursday or Friday, please contact us (Text or email). We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Starting in 2024, Dr. Shen Li's team will make regular visits to the Bay Area every Thursday and Friday, with few exceptions. Services we offer: Wellness exam or sick exam, comprehensive physical exam, wide ranges of blood test, urine test, fecal test, vaccination, ultrasound (disease screening), allergy test, health certificate (domestic or international), genetic test, etc. All tests include original reports and comprehensive explanation and treatment recommendation. We work with your insurance company. Insurance friendly invoice and detailed medical record will be provided in your client portal for you to get reimbursed. Please note that our services are limited to what can be safely and effectively conducted in a home environment. This is to ensure the safety of your pet and the effectiveness of the treatment or consultation provided.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please text and/or email us at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposit becomes non-refundable for late cancellation or reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and mutual respect.
